  This is a stable release of the Vencoder program. The version isn't 1.0.0 because the functionality is not yet complete.
  However, it can be used productively now. Some features include:

  • Converting to any codec without custom options
  • Converting to H.264, H.265, DNxHD (and its variants), and AV1 with software encoder and graphical options
  • Converting to VP9 with QuickSync in supported formats
  • Converting audio codecs
  • Adding custom command line arguments

  vencoder-release.zip includes files for Windows (x64), Linux (arm64, armhf, x64), and macOS (arm64, x64, universal).
  vencoder-winx64.exe is an Inno Setup executable created from the script at https://paste.myst.rs/gorxhjf7
